I'm head of studio at Dorst & Lesser, a social content agency in Amsterdam. 14 people strong, built on craft and a healthy allergy to bullshit. In 2025 I founded Jack & AI: what happens to our industry when AI stops delivering tools and starts thinking along?

The answer isn't "more efficiency". The real shift is structural. I'm writing a book about it, publishing weekly on Substack, and building the systems I describe at the same time.

Creative Direction

From concept to delivery. I direct creatives, hold the line, and make sure the end result lands. Campaigns, content series, brand films.

Content Strategy

Channel strategy, content models, always-on frameworks. For brands like Action, Alpro, Jägermeister, and Gall & Gall.

Studio Management

I run a studio of 14 people. Producers, editors, camera, motion, designers. Planning, quality, and team development.
